Check out this great video of an exploded view of our trunnion ball valve!
Phoenix Compact Valves is pleased to announce that the new 1" 20,000# Stainless Steel instrument valve has now completed it's stress analysis, Hydrostatic testing and it's ability to actuate under full differential pressure and is ready for market. After years of development Phoenix Compact Valves has produced proprietary technology that allows the valve to operate under extremely high pressures.
In 1996 our management introduced the first compact trunnion valve then in 2006 we introduced the 2nd generation compact trunnion valve. Following that in 2010 we introduced and patented the first true self-centering seat assembly. 2013 was the year we set our sites on improving the seat sealing and field repair ability of the compact check valve so we replaced the rigid Teflon seat insert, that is pressed into the mechanically locked retainer, with an O-ring seat seal(this has been done in conventional valves for years). And in keeping with our relentless pursuit of pushing our industry forward 2019 has become the year that Phoenix Compact Valves is please to announce that we have now qualified our valves to ISO 15848-1 - Measurement, test and qualification procedures for fugitive emissions. We have continually and proactively improved our products to consistently provide our clients with the industries best and we will continue to do so.
